Enjoying Your Matcha

Matcha can be savoured in many ways — as a hot or iced latte, stirred into smoothies, or even used in cooking and baking.

For drinks, we suggest about 2-4 g (1 heaped teaspoon) per serving, adjusting to taste and cup size. Matcha has a naturally rich, grassy flavour; if you’re new to it, you may like to try a touch of honey, maple syrup, or stevia to balance the taste.
