What's inside?

1. Bamboo Spoon (Chashaku): This traditional bamboo spoon is used to measure the perfect amount of matcha powder.

2. Bamboo Whisk (Chasen): A key tool to fully dissolve and blend your matcha, creating a smooth and frothy drink every time.

3. Matcha Bowl (Chawan): Our beautifully crafted limited edition bowls are handmade locally from sustainable and natural clay. The wide shape allows for optimal whisking, and the spout ensures a spill-free pour every time.

4. Sieve (Furui): The sieve is used to sift your matcha powder, removing any clumps for a smooth and frothy drink.  

How to Use:

1. Sift the Matcha: Place the sieve over the matcha bowl, add 1-2 bamboo spoonfuls of matcha powder and gently shake or use the back of the bamboo spoon to push the powder through to eliminate any clumps.

2. Add Water: Pour a small amount of hot water (about 70-80°C or 158-176°F) into the bowl with the matcha powder.

3. Whisk: Use the bamboo whisk to blend the matcha and water. Whisk vigorously in a "W" motion until the matcha is frothy and smooth.

4. Enjoy: Once well-mixed, pour the matcha into your glass or cup. For a matcha latte, mix with milk of your choice.
