Our Premium Matcha is crafted from organically grown tea leaves in the rich soils of Shizuoka, Japan. Carefully harvested and stone-ground, this matcha offers a versatile, everyday option that balances smoothness with a slightly more robust flavour, making it ideal for both traditional whisking and milk-based drinks.

Taste Profile

Smooth and mellow, with fresh, grassy notes and a hint of natural sweetness. Lightly astringent with a fuller body than ceremonial grade.

HOW TO PREPARE

1. Sift 1 teaspoon (about 2–3 g) of matcha into a bowl or cup

2. Add a splash of hot water (just enough to whisk)

3. Whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion using a bamboo whisk until smooth and a fine microfoam forms on the surface

4. Add your choice of natural sweetener (honey, maple etc)

5. Add your favourite warmed milk for a matcha latte or cold milk & ice for a refreshing iced matcha

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Matcha is highly sensitive to light, air, heat, and moisture. To preserve its delicate flavour and vibrant green colour, store sealed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, humidity. You may wish to store your matcha in the fridge for extended freshness.
